Editorial Policy

PAYATE Chat publishes a free tool and practical guides about WhatsApp messaging. This page explains how we create, review and update our content so readers can trust it.

Our mission

To give people clear, accurate and genuinely useful help for everyday messaging tasks — without jargon, hype or hidden agendas.

How we write

  • Tested first: every instruction and feature we describe is tested on real devices (Android, iPhone, WhatsApp Web and Desktop) before publishing.
  • Primary sources: we rely on WhatsApp’s official Help Center and developer documentation for how click-to-chat links, formatting and limits work.
  • Plain English: short sentences, step-by-step instructions and examples.
  • No spam tactics: we never publish guides that encourage spam, scraping personal data or breaking WhatsApp’s terms.

Accuracy and updates

WhatsApp changes over time. We review our tool and guides regularly and update them when WhatsApp changes how links, formatting or apps behave. Pages show a “Last updated” date where relevant.

Corrections

If you find an error, please tell us via the Contact Us page. We review every report and correct confirmed mistakes promptly.

Independence and advertising

The Site is funded by advertising (Google AdSense). Advertisers have no influence on our tool or content, and ads are clearly separated from editorial content. We are not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta.

Use of AI

We may use software tools, including AI, to help draft or check text. Every page is reviewed, tested and approved by a human editor from the PAYATE team before it is published.

Who is responsible

Content on chat.payate.com is published by the PAYATE team. Learn more about us and how the tool works in our Methodology.
