This Privacy Policy explains how PAYATE (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use chat.payate.com (“PAYATE Chat” or the “Site”).
1. The WhatsApp tool does not collect your data
The WhatsApp Direct Message Tool runs entirely in your web browser. The phone numbers, names and messages you type are processed locally on your device to build WhatsApp links. They are not sent to, stored on or logged by our servers.
To make the tool convenient, your last country choice, numbers and message draft are saved in your own browser’s local storage. You can delete them at any time with the Clear button or by clearing your browser data.
When you open a chat, you leave our Site and go to WhatsApp (wa.me, web.whatsapp.com or the WhatsApp app). WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies there.
2. Information collected automatically
The Site is hosted on Google’s Blogger platform. Like most websites, Google may automatically collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited and referring pages for security, abuse prevention and statistics.
3. Contact form
If you use our contact form, we receive the name, email address and message you submit. We use them only to reply to you and do not sell or share them.
4. Advertising (Google AdSense)
We use Google AdSense to show ads. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to our Site and/or other sites on the Internet.
