By using chat.payate.com (the “Site”) you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. The service
PAYATE Chat provides a free web tool that creates WhatsApp click-to-chat links (for example https://wa.me/201001234567) and QR codes. The tool does not send messages. All messages are sent by you, from your own WhatsApp account, after you press Send in WhatsApp.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site to:
- send spam, unsolicited bulk messages or chain messages;
- harass, threaten, defraud or impersonate anyone;
- distribute illegal, harmful or misleading content;
- violate the WhatsApp Terms of Service or any applicable law, including privacy and anti-spam laws;
- interfere with the Site, its security or its advertising.
You are solely responsible for the messages you send and for having permission to contact each recipient. WhatsApp may restrict or ban accounts that are reported for spam; PAYATE cannot reverse such actions.
3. No affiliation
PAYATE Chat is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc. “WhatsApp” is a trademark of WhatsApp LLC and is used only to describe compatibility.
4. Availability
The Site is provided free of charge “as is” and “as available”. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time. WhatsApp may change how its links work, which could affect the tool.
5. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PAYATE makes no warranties of any kind and is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including lost messages, account restrictions or business losses. See also our Disclaimer.
6. Intellectual property
The Site’s design, text and code belong to PAYATE unless stated otherwise. You may link to the Site freely. You may not copy the Site or present it as your own.
7. Third-party content and ads
The Site shows ads and links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, products or practices.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
